We are seeking an experienced Food Services Manager/Chef to lead the efficient operation of the college canteen and the provision of quality food and service in accordance with the philosophy and values of Mount Alvernia College. This position also includes assistance with facilitation of the Hospitality course; therefore, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be advantageous, along with qualifications in Hospitality.
The preferred application for this position must produce their Positive Notice Blue Card for Child Related Employment.
This position is a twelve-month fixed term contract, term-time appointment to replace a staff member on parental leave. Commencement date is 8 October 2019, with an additional week required from 9 to 13 September 2019. Please see further information contained in the position description below.
