Overseas Study Scholarship

The Overseas Study Scholarship (OSS) is open to all graduates of Mount Alvernia College.  It is available for undergraduate or post-graduate study for periods of six or twelve months.  Current Year 12 students who have organised overseas study for the following year may also apply.

Funding for the OSS is provided by the Mount Alvernia Parents and Friends Support Network (P&FSN).  Preference will be given to students studying at an overseas tertiary institution/university for one or more semesters. Applicants undertaking other overseas study (eg apprentice chef) are also welcome to apply.

All applicants must complete the Application Form below and forward it to the College by the due date.  No late submission will be accepted.

The level of funding for each successful candidate is at the discretion of the panel, consisting of the College Principal and a representative of the P&FSN.  There will be no negotiation with applicants as to the quantum of the scholarship.
