We celebrated books, literature, and the privilege of literacy at this eagerly anticipated event, held at the beginning of Term 3.
The iCentre was decked out in a Dr Seuss theme, with beautiful hand-made bookmarks and badges for students, and many fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
At our annual Literacy Week Party the students attended in costume, and the joy in the room was palpable. Musical book covers, a green egg and spoon race, prizes for the best-dressed, a popcorn cart, a fairy floss cart, and an amazing celebration cake were highlights of the party.
