Welcome to Policies and Procedures

Mount Alvernia College provides a range of policies and procedures that cover its operations as a Registered Training in line with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015. These policies and procedures are available on the College network.

One policy that is available on the college website is the Complaints and Appeals policy and is available for download on the link below.

The Complaints and Appeals policy and procedure sets out how the RTO addresses a complaint or appeal it receives relating to its officers, students or third parties providing services on behalf of the school RTO.

This policy is publicly available and upholds the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness.
